Shipping Terms & Guarantees

Processing Time
We require up to 24-36 hours to process your order. We only ship MON-THU each week.
Frozen products are delivered in the surrounding areas only.
Our cold shippers are packed in eco-friendly and reusable liners and use gel packs to keep your products in top condition. If you’re shipping frozen items, we also include dry ice. Some items may thaw during transportation, but they can be re-frozen or refrigerated as appropriate.
There are no refunds or credits for spoilage if items are delivered within the promised delivery window.
Order Cancellation or Modifications
After you place your order, if you decide to cancel or modify your order you can do so up to 24 hours before our shipping day which is Mon and Thu by notifying us via email.
After your order has been shipped, if you decide to cancel or change your order you may do so up to 24 hours before our shipping date by notifying us via email. If you notify us on the day of shipping, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled as it is possible that your order may have shipped and left our warehouse, at that point we will be unable to stop delivery and the order will have to reach the destination on the order before it can be returned to us – you will need to refuse delivery to have the items sent back to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges for cancellations after an order has shipped. Refuse or return of fperishable / consumable goods, and any other kind of goods that need to be kept cold, will be assessed a restocking fee of $10.
Delivery Problems
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double check your order for accuracy and notify us if there’s a problem. We’re not responsible for incorrect or old addresses. Please verify your shipping information to avoid delivery problems.
If an order has been delivered to an incorrect or old address, please notify us immediately. We’ll do our best to contact the shipper and recover the package. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee package recovery as often times, such orders get picked up by other people, and we can’t issue any sort of refund for any such lost shipments. A re-shipment of such orders will be at the full cost of replacement items and shipping to the original buyer, we will not be responsible for any of these charges.
If a package is returned to us because the order contained the wrong address, the customer can pay for a new shipping charge or get a partial refund.
Delivery Delay
We don’t require a signature for any of our packages. If you receive a notice from the carrier that the package was not delivered because it needed a signature, this is the result of the carrier.
It is the delivery drivers responsibility to determine if a package can be left without a signature upon reaching its destination. If you anticipate not being at home and expect that your driver might request a signature for delivery, please send us an email to put “No signature required” on the parcel. We will write a note on the parcel for the driver to see (this does not guarantee that the driver will leave the package, but it may increase the odds). We do not recommend this method if there is any chance the package will be stolen. It’s only recommended if you are taking a small and very limited risk of having the package stolen. If you have had previous problems with missing or stolen packages, this is NOT a recommended option.
If a delivery driver leaves a note about needing a signature or a special delivery option, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to make arrangements for re-delivery or pickup of the package.
We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts during the times you are not home, and should the parcel be returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, you will have the option of paying for new transportation/shipping charges to resend the package.
