Refund and Return Policy

We are a brand which has been born into mother nature. It's time to create a new feeling.

Return Information

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Regarding food and snack, nutrition, pet consumables, infant, vitamin and supplement products, we can’t offer refunds on every product. Because everybody’s palate is different, including our furry friends, we suggest trying a small amount of the product to make sure you’re happy with it before ordering a bulk quantity.

Any item (such as clothing, kitchen items, personal care items, and beauty items) must be in their original condition, new and unopened in order to qualify for a refund. Any merchandise that is opened or used is non-refundable.

How to Return

If you need to return an item, please email us at wecare(at)justgreen.com.au with your request information. In the email, please include your order number and product(s) and the reason for the return.

You will get a Return Merchandise Authorization number if your return is granted. Please include item(s) in their original packaging and condition in proper packaging that will protect the item during transit back to our facility and ship the item to our return address listed below. The package must have the RMA number on the outside. The return facility will refuse any package that doesn’t have visible RMA numbers listed on the exterior of the package. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you’re sending an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, just because an item was sent back to us, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the event that the package is lost in transit.

To qualify for a refund you must obtain a RMA#. Once the RMA is issued, you have 10 days to get the package back to us. For example, if the RMA was granted on January 1st, you have until January 10th to get the item(s) in the mail stream to get postmarked within the 10 day grace period.e

When your return is received it will be inspected, and if approved, a refund will be issued to you within 7 days of receiving the items. We will issue a refund back to the original payment method used to purchase the items.

Other Return Information

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take up to two weeks time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution. Next, contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then, if applicable, contact us at wecare(at)justgreen.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items can’t be refunded, only regular priced items can.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item because you changed your mind or you received the incorrect product, send us an email at wecare(at)justgreen.com.au and send your item to our address above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as for a new product to be sent out to you in exchange since you as the customer ordered the incorrect one. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery or product problems (if applicable)

If you experience any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact us at info(at)justgreen.com.au. We send almost every single order on time and in good condition. But sometimes an error may happen. While we have no control over the carrier transporting the parcel, we will do our best to get the matter resolved for you in a satisfactory manner. If you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the order and send you the correct item right away.
